ReadingWritingRithmetic

The academic English language training will begin only after the client has paid the requested fee to ReadingWritingRithmetic. The client must pay the requested fee within 14 days after receiving the invoice. Where the client decides not to begin with the academic English language training at ReadingWritingRithmetic after having paid the fee, the client will forfeit 25% of the fee the client has paid. The unrefunded percentage is to cover the cost of the preparations made by ReadingWritingRithmetic towards the provision of the academic English language training to the client.

Where the client for whatever reason decides not to continue with the academic English language training after having started the training, the client will not receive any percentage of the fee they have paid. However, the client may nominate any other person to take the remaining lessons. If the client must cancel a lesson for any reason, ReadingWritingRithmetic will not penalise the client. However, the client must take that lesson at another moment to avoid a gap in learning. Where the client refuses to take the missed lesson, the client will not be re-imbursed for the missed lesson. In the same vein, if ReadingWritingRithmetic must cancel a lesson for any reason, it will not be penalised by the client and will give the missed lesson to avoid a gap in learning for the client.
