Thank you for choosing to use the academic English language training service of ReadingWritingRithmetic. ReadingWritingRithmetic respects the right to privacy of the client and will handle all personally identifiable information the client provides to it carefully and with respect. The Data Protection Officer, as required by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), of ReadingWritingRithmetic is Peace Ofei who can be contacted at p.ofei@readingwritingrithmetic.nl. The purpose of the Data Protection Officer under the GDPR is to ensure that this establishment applies the laws that protect personally identifiable data.
Considering the GDPR, ReadingWritingRithmetic will request only the personally identifiable data of a client it needs to effectively execute its obligations towards the client. ReadingWritingRithmetic will delete personally identifiable data as soon as they are no longer needed. Notice, however, that for tax purposes and for legal purposes the client’s personally identifiable information must be kept by ReadingWritingRithmetic for seven years.
Kindly note that under the rights of the data subject as stated in the GDPR you may request to see any personally identifiable data which you have submitted to ReadingWritingRithmetic. You may also correct that data and request that this organisation deletes your data. Where you desire to do any of these, you may send your request to the Data Protection Officer of ReadingWritingRithmetic, Peace Ofei, who can be contacted at p.ofei@readingwritingrithmetic.nl.
